This report contains a full and complete list of all property held by the undersigned that, held by the undersigned that, from the knowledge and records of the undersigned, is abandoned under the laws of the State of Texas.
Subchapter C. 76.201
(2) the owner may present proof of the claim to the treasurer of the holder and establish the owner's right to receive the property.
