EFILING
We are LIVE on eFileTexas.  We are accepting Civil and Criminal eFilings.

To sign up for an Electronic Service Provider go to www.eFileTexas.gov  There are also detailed instructions on how to file a case and some frequently asked questions.  Then you can go to https://efile.txcourts.gov/to begin filing cases.
 
EACH document in a case needs to be submitted as a lead document, in the same envelope. 
 
If you are submitting an order and other documents please submit the order in a separate envelope so that it can be forwarded to the Judges queue for signature.  Thank you!!
