May 13, 2020 Update:  At this time we are preparing to open the office to the public on May 26th at 8 a.m.  Social Distancing will be required and only two customers at the counter at once.

The office is not open to the public I will be closely monitoring information about this virus daily.    However, there are many ways that we can assist you and provide services via phone and online. Appointments can be made with the clerk if there is an immediate need.  If you have a fever and you feel ill or you have been exposed to someone who is ill DO NOT COME TO THE OFFICE.  Please do not bring children to the office.  Please call me and we will see if we can help you.  806-537-3873

We are LIVE on eFileTexas.  We are accepting Civil and Criminal eFilings.

To sign up for an Electronic Service Provider go to
www.eFileTexas.gov  There are also detailed instructions on how to file a case and some frequently asked questions.  Then you can go to https://efile.txcourts.gov/to begin filing cases.
 
EACH document in a case needs to be submitted as a lead document, in the same envelope. 
 
If you are submitting an order and other documents please submit the order in a separate envelope so that it can be forwarded to the Judges queue for signature.  Thank you!!
