If you do not already have a Electronic Service Provider go to www.eFileTexas.gov There are also detailed instructions on how to file a case and frequently asked questions. To file case go to https://efile.txcourts.gov/ EACH document in the same case needs to be submitted as a lead document. Orders should be submitted in a separate envelope so that they can be forwarded to the Judge.
